American Teleservices Association's 2009 CONVENTION & EXPO

This year, the ATA Convention & Expo theme is "Answering the Call". During the event, the ATA will provide information on how to best answer the call of our customers. Attendees will also learn about the ATA's 26 year history of advancing the industry and how the ATA continues to "Answer the Call" of consumers, legislators, industry leaders and member companies.

The Convention & Expo will provide answers to tough business questions and share success factors including how to leverage technology and social media. The core programming track will focus on customer lifecycle management techniques. As in the past, the program will also include insight on industry advocacy and contact center operations. Antendees will walk away with best practices, pratical strategies and the latest tools for effective business practices.

In addition to the breakout sessions, numerous exhibitors will showcase and analyze emerging technologies. Company representatives will be encouraged to network during the ATA Expo, attend several on-site and off-site networking events, and join the fun during the ATA-Political Action Committee event and the Annual ATA Awards Gala and Casino Night festivities.

By choosing New Orleans for the convention site, the ATA is certainly "Answering the Call". The convention will help support the recovery of the local economy and will conduct a special outreach project with Habitat for Humanity.
