Chief Executive Officer Tim Searcy and Director of Business Affairs Rafael Manzon of the ATA will be speaking in Lima, Peru during the region’s largest conference, 2009 Congreso de Contact Center & CRM, November 5-6. Over the last five years, we've grown our worldwide membership along with our participation in international events relevant to the contact center industry. Tim will join Latin American government officials to welcome conference attendees and address the importance of the ATA’s partnership with government. He will also explain how the Association is promoting industry self regulation as a means to better manage consumer issues. Many regard Tim is an expert on the state of the teleservices industry in the United States and around the world.
Rafael's presentation will focus on how to grow and develop business and will share proven techniques for working most effectively with American clients.
