Incentive Contests for Work-at-Home Agents...What Are You Doing?

We have a work from home program in place for several years and the team is growing. What I would like to know is how businesses are running performance incentive contests and what awards besides virtual gift cards are given. I'd like to shake it up a bit with something new and when the team is not in an office it places restrictions on how much shaking I can do!
