Member Request: Any Members with Experience with RightNow Upgrade?

Here is what the member requests:

"I am looking for feedback on RightNow technologies Knowledge Base version 9.5

I was seeking user feedback regarding a possible upgrade to RightNow Technologies May 09 version and/or the Customer Portal tool. I am thinking of upgrading and would like some user experience input in my decision making.

Did you gain benefits in using these new tools, what was your experience in upgrading and would you change your decision if you had it to do again?"
