Once again, thank you for your white paper. It provided a good beginning to my search. I am attempting to develop a strategy that bridges real start-up to full operation, as well as define the steps that need to be taken in the next week or so to handle the customer service volume to date - small as it is. Your white paper leans more to existing businesses and how they can begin to use WAH agents. Have you or any of your colleagues addressed start-up businesses - how to begin the journey without overinvesting in the first few steps.

FYI: A few of the responders mentioned your white paper once you probed their sites.
