Hi Richard, I noticed you desire to establish a experts group and certainly understand and respect why you wnat to limit the group to non-vendors - which I now need to call myself. There seems to be a lot of energy around call center networking groups now - specifically those that do not charge a membership fee like CCNG or ATA. Should you decide to you need to extend invitations to a few supplier types that have extensive operations background like myself I would welcome the chance to join in. my e-mail is bhaeffner@avtex.com.
